Terms & Rental Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These terms cover bookings with Fellowship Golf. The specifics of your event — date, hours, location, and price — are confirmed in your written quote, which controls if anything here conflicts with it. This is plain-language policy, not a substitute for a signed rental agreement; we'll provide one to finalize your booking.
Booking & deposit
- A deposit reserves your date. Dates are not held until the deposit is received.
- The balance is due on or before the event date unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prices shown on this site are starting estimates; your quote is the actual price.
What we provide
- Delivery, setup, an on-site host for the booked hours, and teardown.
- The tent, screen, projector, simulator, hitting mat, and clubs.
- Additional hours are available and billed at the rate in your quote.
What you provide
- A suitable space — roughly 15' × 12' with 9–10' of height clearance and a reasonably level surface.
- Access to a standard power outlet within reach of the setup.
- For outdoor setups, a spot where we can safely anchor the tent.
Weather
The tent is enclosed and weather-resistant, so most events proceed as planned. In the event of severe or unsafe weather (high winds, storms, lightning), we may need to move to an indoor backup space you provide, adjust timing, or reschedule. Safety comes first, and we'll always work with you on the best option.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Need to move your date? Tell us as early as you can and we'll do our best to rebook you.
- Cancellation and deposit-refund terms are set out in your rental agreement.
- If we ever have to cancel for reasons on our end, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit.
Safety & conduct
- Swinging a club needs space. Our host will set the ground rules; please follow them.
- The host may pause play for anyone acting unsafely or under conditions that put people or equipment at risk.
- You're responsible for supervising children and guests during your event.
Damage & liability
Normal wear from play is on us. You're responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe conduct by your guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Kentucky law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the Louisville metropolitan area.
