FAQ

Questions, answered

Space, power, weather, players, travel, and booking — here's what people ask most. Don't see yours? Just reach out.

How much space do you need?

The tent needs roughly a 15' × 12' footprint with about 9–10' of height clearance. That fits most backyards, driveways, garages, event halls, and open indoor spaces. Tell us your spot and we'll confirm it works before the event.

Indoor or outdoor — which is it?

Both. The private tent is weatherproof and works great outdoors, and it also sets up indoors in gyms, warehouses, halls, and showrooms. We just need a level-ish surface and access to a standard power outlet.

What happens if it rains?

The tent is fully enclosed and holds up in normal weather, so most events go on as planned. For severe weather we'll work with you on a backup indoor spot or rescheduling — we'll never leave you guessing.

How many people can play?

As many as you like — players take turns, and the sim tracks everyone's shots. It's a natural crowd-gatherer, so it works for an intimate backyard party or a corporate event with hundreds rotating through.

Do we need any golf experience?

Not at all. The simulator is beginner-friendly and genuinely fun for first-timers and low-handicappers alike. We set up games, closest-to-the-pin, and long-drive contests that anyone can enjoy — clubs included.

What's included?

Everything but the guests. Every package includes delivery, full setup, an on-site host who runs the simulator, and teardown. You just show up and play.

How far will you travel?

We set up anywhere in the Louisville metro with no travel fee. Events farther out — Southern Indiana, Lexington, and central Kentucky — include a travel fee we'll quote up front.

Can we do a fundraiser or charge per play?

Absolutely — it's one of the best ways to use the simulator. Guests pay a few dollars per contest (like $5 for closest-to-the-pin), and how the money works flexes to your event: for a fundraiser you keep 100% of the proceeds and we charge a simple base fee; for venues and festivals we can revenue-share instead. Tell us your event and we'll structure it.

How do we book?

Send us your date, event type, location, and rough headcount and we'll confirm availability and a quote. A deposit reserves your date — popular weekends book up early, so reach out ahead.
